Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PME)

is an easy and effective method for relaxing, everybody can learn in a moment.

The more you are strained, for example because of stress, fear, anger or unsureness, the tenser are all your muscle. Thus blockades are built, which are the origin of pain and psychosomatic disorders.

Using PME you will develop a better perception of your body and be able to have a positive influence on your nervous system and cycle. You will grow calmer and feel refreshed, thus there are not so many reasons for getting tense again.

The first few weeks you should spend about 20-30 minutes to train the method. Later on you will only need a minimum of time to reach a state of deep relaxation.

Create an atmosphere of harmony, take some time for yourself and try to take some minutes off your daily work.
